Hello
I am a 34-year-old Queens-native who has spent much of my life living in NYC, but has also spent time based in Pennsylvania's Lehigh Valley. My journey into the media/journalism world originated from a love of sports and a childhood dream to become a sports commentator. I have since found myself not only working in the world of sports, but also the world of local news. I have a deep passion for delivering honest, fact-based, informative commentary on all things sports, pop culture and news.
My Story
My media journey begins at Hunter College, where I majored in Media Studies and spent three years working at the school's radio station, WHCS. While hosting a sports talk show, I filled served in other roles with WHCS, eventually becoming the station's President and Program Director during my senior year.
Upon graduating form Hunter, I immediately pursued my Masters degree at the Craig Newmark School of Journalism at CUNY. During my time at Newmark, I also spent one summer interning in Philadelphia at Sportsradio 94WIP, the city's #1 sports station. I worked on "The Morning Show with Angelo Cataldi" for three months, assisting with the show's pre-production & post-production.

I would go on to graduate from Newmark in three semesters, learning unique skills in video, audio, digital and print journalism. I first put some of those skills to the test by joining Spectrum News NY1's production team in Winter of 2015.

Starting as freelance writer, I worked my up the production team during my 6+ years with the station. I was promoted to Senior Producer in 2020, where I served as weekend evening news manager — overseeing decisions on story lineup, video/audio elements, graphics and timing to construct the show.

During this time at Spectrum News NY1, I also launched my own digital platform Nu Generation Media. We produced original commentary and analysis on the biggest headlines in sports and Hollywood (primarily superhero movies and television). Our content has come in the form of weekly podcasts, short YouTube videos, livestreams and interviews.

After years of producing local news at Spectrum News NY1 and creating sports and & pop culture content with my own venture Nu Generation Media, I decided to take the plunge and attempt to transition full-time working in sports radio. That dream would become a reality in 2022, when I was hired by Audacy's WFAN & Infinity Sports Network. After starting as a board operator, I would later be given bigger opportunities both in front of the mic and behind the glass. I was named the executive producer of Infinity's nationally-syndicated morning sports show Maggie & Perloff, launched a Knicks podcast Orange & Blue Bloods that I co-hosted with longtime NBA writer Tommy Beer, and became a part-time sports talk host on WFAN, a role I still fill with the company,
